Information you choose to provide
The business enquiry form asks for your name, business email, company, service required, approximate number of business devices and a description of your requirements. Phone and business website are optional. We record your consent, the submission time and a reference number. Please do not include passwords, recovery codes, payment information, health information, customer records or other sensitive data. A general email-provider domain is flagged only to help business verification; it does not block a legitimate enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis where applicable
Enquiry details are used to understand the business requirement, respond, keep an appropriate record of the discussion and protect the form against abuse. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on steps requested before a business engagement, consent for the stated enquiry purpose, or a legitimate interest in operating a secure business website, as applicable. The consent checkbox does not subscribe you to marketing. No enquiry details are sold or used to build an advertising audience by this application.
Storage, recipients and notifications
Accepted enquiries are stored as restricted-access files outside the public web directory on the hosting server. Authorized personnel responsible for handling enquiries may review them. When email delivery is enabled, the same details may pass through the configured SMTP service or the hosting mail system. Hosting, network and email providers may process data needed to operate their services under their own terms. Data may be processed outside your jurisdiction depending on those providers. No claim of domestic-only data storage is made.
Cookies, security records and Cloudflare
The contact page uses an essential session cookie to protect the form and display its result. It is not an advertising cookie. The application stores a keyed hash derived from the connection IP address with recent submission timestamps for rate limiting; the raw IP is not saved in those rate files. Web-server and network providers, including Cloudflare when used by the operator, may independently keep access or security logs and set essential security cookies. This build includes no analytics, advertising pixel, remarketing code or nonessential tracking cookie. Any future addition requires a policy and consent review.
Retention and security
The intended retention period for enquiry records is up to 90 days unless the discussion moves into a separate business engagement or a legal requirement calls for longer retention. The included maintenance task must be scheduled by the operator to enforce this period. Rate-limit records should be removed after they are no longer needed, and expired form sessions are routinely cleaned up. File permissions, access controls and HTTPS help protect information, but no storage or transmission method is risk-free. Backups may retain information according to the operator’s backup cycle.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Depending on applicable law, additional rights may include restriction, portability, objection or a complaint to a supervisory authority. Use the contact form, choose the option to help scope the request and include your enquiry reference without sensitive documents. The identity and authority of the requester may need verification before a record is disclosed or changed. Mandatory legal rights are not limited by this policy.
Children, links and changes
This website is intended for business representatives, not children, and is not designed to collect children’s information. External platform names or links do not mean those services follow this policy. Review a third party’s own privacy terms before giving it data. We may update this policy when the site or its handling practices change; the date above identifies this version. Service-related access to a customer environment requires a separate agreed scope and any appropriate confidentiality or data-processing terms.
